There has been an issue where deleting messages may not work in WebMail. This happens when no "Trash" folder exists for the message to be moved to. The issue is resolved by creating a "Trash" folder. Since RoundCube is not the default webmail client with Plesk, when administrative changes are made to domains, the webmail client reverts to Horde. This is why the new webmail client (RoundCube) has occasionally been replaced by the old one (Horde). A fix has been implemented which will resolve this issue.
