All control panel passwords were reset by our service provider Media Temple due to a security threat in the Plesk control panel software. Media Temple patched the control panel software for all of its customers and changed the passwords as a precaution. Luckily the version of Plesk on smallGod was already up to date which minimizes the threat. The original control panel passwords have been restored. If you are unable to log in to the control panel you can update your control panel password through your account.
Here's how to change your control panel password:
- Log into your account, then click on the services dropdown menu and select my services.
- Click on View Details.
- Your username/password settings can be found under the change password tab.
