What is my password? / How do I change my password?

 

There are various passwords which you can change:

1. Your Account Password - This is the password for your account which includes your billing information, invoices etc. To change it log into your account, then click on the dropdown menu which says "hello, ... "and select edit account details then click on the change password tab.  If you have forgotten your account password you can request a reset by clicking this link. You will need to enter  the email address used when setting up your account.

2. Control Panel Password - Please use the Hosting controlPanel button in your account to access the control panel.

3. FTP Account Password - Your FTP passwords (used to acces your website files via FTP) can be changed by logging into the Control Panel, then click on the Websites & Domains tab, then click on FTP Access. Then click on the FTP Username you want to edit. 

4. Email Account Password - Your email account passwords (used to access your email account via POP or IMAP) can be changed by logging into the Control Panel, then click on the Mail tab. Then click on the email account you want to edit

5. Indexhibit Admin Password - You can change your indexhibit password by logging in to the Indexhibit admin area, at the top of the admin page click on Preferences. If you have changed this login info and have forgotten your login name or password open a support ticket and request an Indexhibit password reset.
