To create a database do the following:
In the Control Panel click on the Websites & Domains tab.
Click on the Databases icon.
Click Add New Database.
Make sure the Database Name is unique name (Keep existing prefix). Click OK.
Click Add New Database User.
Use the same name you used for the database for the database user.
Choose a secure password. Click OK.
The database will be created. To access it use the host localhost and the user/password you created in above steps.
