Your free domain will renew automatically when your hosting invoice is paid. The domain registration period is one year.
If you have additional domains beyond your free domain you will be invoiced seperately for those domains and they will renew when the invoice for those domains is paid.
An invoice will be generated 7 days before due date. As long as the credit card we have on file for your account is current, or you have an active PayPal subscription, payment will automatically be deducted on the due date.
